The Quva appliance is sold at kitchen retail stores. They will also do the installation. Consumers can also buy directly on our webshop.

Warrantee & Service
Quva has standard warrantee period of two years. The original invoice or proof of purchase is needed for warrantee claims.
The modular design of the Quva appliance makes servicing a breeze. In case this is required, Quva provides the module that needs to be exchanged and together with the customer we determine how this can be done in the most efficient way (DIY or have a technician perform the module exchange).

The appliance
The Quva appliance is very efficient. The max power it requires is 24Watt and stand-by use is less than 1Watt.
Quva can be used with vacuum zipper bags produced by others. For safe and years and years of hassle free use only original Quva containers and wine stops should be used.

Installation/placement
A normal power socket is needed to power up your Quva. The appliance comes with a 100-240V power adapter. Max power of the appliance is 24Watt.
Because the installation requires a hole in the kitchen counter top and in some cases adjusting your kitchen furniture we recommend to have the installation done by a qualified technician.
Quva does not offer installation services.
